After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "Submit Referral." Fill in the details about the person you're referring — name, contact info, and photos — then submit.

Your referral dashboard shows every referral you've submitted along with its current status. The business moves each one through New, Acknowledged, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled as they work it, so you always know where things stand.

Some businesses instead pay bonuses manually with cash, check, or company credit, or offer Tremendous, which lets you redeem a bonus for gift cards and other rewards instead of cash.

We offer three plans: Starter ($2/month — up to 25 referrals and 1 photo per referral), Pro ($49/month — unlimited referrals and photos, plus Reactor Pay), and Unlimited ($149/month — everything in Pro plus API access, webhooks, Zapier, Jobber sync, and advanced reports). All paid plans include a free trial.

Yes. The Starter plan includes a 90-day free trial, and Pro and Unlimited plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start your trial.

Go to Settings → Billing in your organization dashboard to view available plans and upgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

On the Starter plan, you'll get a notification as you approach the 25-referral-a-month limit. Referrals past the limit still come in, but their contact details, notes, and photos stay hidden until you upgrade. Moving to Pro or Unlimited removes the limit and unlocks everything immediately.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you need help, contact us at info@referralreactor.com.

Yes. From Settings, admins can add custom fields to the referral submission form, so you can collect exactly the details your business needs beyond the standard name, contact info, and photos.

Yes, on the Unlimited plan. Referral Reactor connects to Zapier, giving you access to 9,000+ apps to automate workflows like posting new referrals to Slack or updating your CRM. We also offer a two-way Jobber sync built for field service businesses, plus a full REST API and webhooks for custom integrations.
